Artists through the ages have been inspired by nature. From Senaka Senanayake’s tropical themes and Henri Rousseau’s jungles to Andy Goldworthy’s transient sculptures and Matisse’s cut paper organic shapes, students learn about these and many more. To enhance the course, students will also enjoy insights into ecology and the importance of biodiversity around us. Stunning footage from Our Planet and other nature documentary series will complement their learning.
