We are delighted to use art as a way to introduce children between the ages of 5 and 8 years to the important ideas presented in the series “Our Planet” by the World Wildlife Fund. The themes would be Frozen Worlds, Coastal seas, Jungles etc. and most importantly “What can I do?”. This will help them develop a sensitivity to the natural world, appreciate its wonders, and feel like they can make a difference as an individual. Each day we will start with an excerpt from the series, follow that with a discussion and reflection and then create an artwork on the theme.
